Exchanges:
XXIV VII Clothing Company LLC prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. Customers have 10 business days after shipment has been received to exchange any unwanted merchandise. Any item exchanged must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging if applicable. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive an in-store credit. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Shipping:
It may take approximately 24-48 hours business days to process an order before it is shipped by the shipping method chosen. When we receive a high-volume of orders, there maybe approximately 1-5 additional business days to process an order before it is shipped by the shipping method chosen.

Back Orders:
If a single item order is on backorder, it will take approximately two to four weeks before another shipment arrives. When the shipment arrives we will send the back ordered item.
In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; XXIV VII will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order.
You will not be charged for the removed item. If the back order item is still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the item that you want, so that you can reorder the item. *In some cases, when an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; XXIV VII may hold the complete order until the shipment for the back order item arrives, and then the complete order will be shipped.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:
If the order has been processed and shipped, you can’t cancel the order. You can only return the order for a web credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from XXIV VII. XXIV VII may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock. In the event that part of your order is out of stock, XXIV VII will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock. You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.

Limited Availability and Price:
In the event a product, or service, is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, XXIVVII.com will reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price. XXIVVII.com will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. XXIVVII.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, XXIVVII.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Minors and Family Members:

If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, XXIVVII.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. There are no exceptions.
