Exchanges

At XXIV VII Clothing Company, LLC, we pride ourselves in offering unparalleled customer service coupled with the highest quality in boxing T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other leading athletic apparel. Customers have 10 business days after shipment has been received to exchange any unwanted merchandise. Only unused, unworn items may be exchanged. Apparel should be return in its original packaging if applicable. You may exchange your apparent or receive an in-store credit to use a time of your convenience. Unfortunately. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Shipping and Handling

Most orders are processed and scheduled for shipment within 24-48 hours of ordering. When we receive a high-volume of orders, XXIV VII may require an additional 1-5 business days to process an order before it is scheduled for shipment.

Back Orders

If a single-item order is on back order, we generally replenish our inventory approximately every 2-4 weeks. When your back-ordered item is in stock, we'll ship it immediately.

In the event you order multiple T-shirts or sweatshirts and one item is on back order, we'll ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order. You will never be charged for the removed item.

If you still want the item on back order, just check our Website from time to time to see if your item is available.

In certain cases when a back-order item will be in stock shortly, we'll hold the complete order until the back-order item is available.

Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can’t cancel the order. We're sorry for any convenience. You can only return an order for Web credit or exchange (see our “Exchanges” section above). You are responsible for shipping costs to and from XXIV VII.

If your item is out of stock or no longer available, we will cancel your order. You will receive an email confirming your complete order is canceled because the item or items are out of stock. In the event part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the out-of-stock items from your order and will ship the remainder of your order. You will never be charged for the removed items.

Limited Availability and Price

In the event a product, or service, is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, XXIVVII.com will reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price. XXIVVII.com will have the right to limit the number of items purchased through our Website. XXIVVII.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, XXIVVII.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Minors and Family Members

XXIVVII.com does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our Website purchasing services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If a minor makes a purchase with their parent’s credit card without authorization, XXIVVII.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, XXIVVII.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. There are no exceptions. The cardholder will have to use any necessary precautions so that this will not happen again.
